1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nano Banana Pro Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered creative platform and services. By accessing or using Nano Banana Pro Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Nano Banana Pro Studio provides AI-powered creative tools, including but not limited to:

Text-to-Video Creation: Generate videos from text prompts
Image-to-Video Animation: Bring still images to life
Video Enhancement: Improve video quality and extend video duration
AI Content Creation: Using various third-party AI models and services

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Do not share your account credentials with others
Keep your contact information up to date

4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

4.1 Subscription & Auto-Renewal

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription").
You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly); your Subscription auto-renews unless you cancel.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees, including taxes. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

4.2 How to Cancel (Manual Email Only)

Cancellations are processed manually—there is no in-product cancellation button.
Email contact@nano-banana-pro.studio with subject "Cancellation Request" and include your account email and plan name.
We typically process cancellation requests within 24–48 hours. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.

4.3 Refund Policy (High-Level)

Payments are generally non-refundable.
We may consider a refund only if no credits or resources have been used during the current billing cycle; extreme cases may be reviewed case by case.
To request a refund, email contact@nano-banana-pro.studio with subject "Refund Request", your account email, order ID, and a brief reason. Approved refunds go to the original payment method (typically 5–10 business days after approval).

4.4 Pricing and Payment Authorization

Subscription fees and credit purchases are charged in advance.
Taxes may apply based on your location.
You agree to keep your payment information current and authorize recurring charges until cancellation per Section 4.2.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to create, upload, or generate content that includes:

Adult and Sexual Content

Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content
Full or partial nudity (including artistic)
Sexual themes, even if not explicitly graphic

Violence and Harmful Content

Extreme violence, gore, or brutality
Self-harm or suicide content
Dangerous or illegal activities

Harassment and Hate

Harassment or bullying of individuals
Hate speech based on protected characteristics
Discriminatory content against individuals or groups

Intellectual Property Violations

Copyright infringement or unlicensed use of third-party content
Trademark misuse or brand impersonation
Non-consensual likeness or deepfakes of real people

Illegal and Harmful Activities

Illegal content or facilitation of criminal behavior
Fraud or deliberate misinformation
Spam or malicious content
Terrorism or money laundering content
Illegal drug promotion or trafficking

Child Safety

Any inappropriate content involving minors
Content that could exploit or harm children

5.2 Content Monitoring

We may review and remove content that violates these Terms
Automated systems and human review may be used
Repeated violations can lead to suspension or termination

6. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the original content you upload
You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service
You are responsible for having the right to upload and use any content

6.2 Generated Content

You own the AI-generated content created through our services
Generated content is provided "as is" without warranties of uniqueness or non-infringement
You are responsible for legal compliance when using generated content

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

Our technology, algorithms, and platform remain our intellectual property
Do not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our technology
Our trademarks and branding are protected intellectual property

7. Service Availability and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control

7.2 Usage Limitations

Fair use policies prevent abuse
Rate limits may apply to protect service quality
We may suspend accounts that exceed reasonable usage limits

AI-generated content may not meet expectations
No guarantee of accuracy, quality, or suitability
Generation times may vary with load and complexity

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

We do not endorse user-generated or AI-generated content
You are solely responsible for your use of generated content
No warranties on originality or non-infringement of generated content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nano Banana Pro Studio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights
Content you upload or generate
Any illegal or unauthorized use of our services

12. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
Access to paid features continues until the end of your billing period
