1. Overview
Our plans include prepaid credits, so payments are generally non-refundable. We consider refunds only when no credits or resources have been used in the current billing cycle, or in exceptional situations reviewed individually.
2. Eligibility
- Unused credits only: Refunds are available if none of your credits or generation time have been used in the current billing period.
- Case-by-case exceptions: Rare, extreme situations (e.g., duplicate billing or account compromise) may be reviewed individually.
- Used credits: If any credits or usage have been consumed in the billing period, the purchase is non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@nano-banana-pro.studio with subject "Refund Request".
- Include your account email, plan name, order ID, and a short explanation.
- We typically acknowledge within 24–48 hours and confirm approval or denial after review.
4. Processing
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval (bank/card dependent).
- If a refund is not approved, we will explain why and share any alternative options.
5. Cancellations (Email-Only)
- To cancel, email contact@nano-banana-pro.studio with subject "Cancellation Request".
- We process cancellations within 24–48 hours. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
